Earn a generous stipend, a Masters in Teaching degree from the University of Washington, and the opportunity to impact the lives of students in Seattle Public Schools who are furthest from educational justice.

Application Process for Candidates
- 1.Let us know you’re interested in the Seattle Teacher Residency program. Sign up for our mailing list to receive updates on application dates and requirements.
- 2. Review the eligibility and application requirements.
- 3. Attend an information session. Info sessions are held twice a month online and in-person by request of organization or candidate.
- 4. Meet with a recruiter. To help you stay on track with your application requirements, you can schedule an appointment, in-person, over the phone or remotely. We’re here to help answer any questions you might have about the program.
