Application Process for Candidates
- 1.Let us know you’re interested in the Seattle Teacher Residency program. Sign up for our mailing list to receive updates on application dates and requirements. Currently, we are in the process of updating documents for our new Cohort 11 (2023-2024). Please use the documents linked as a guideline and tool to guide your application process.
- 2. Review the eligibility and application requirements. Download the application checklist. *We are currently updating materials for our Cohort 11 (2023-2024). Please use this document as a reference.
- 3. Attend an information session. Info sessions are held twice a month online and in-person by request of organization or candidate.
- 4. Meet with a recruiter. To help you stay on track with your application requirements, you can schedule an appointment, in-person, over the phone or remotely. We’re here to help answer any questions you might have about the program.
The STR program has two application cycles, with deadlines in October and January. Both application cycles are for a June start. Learn More
